The correct spelling of the tune is "Paardeburg". This item was issued under the false object. 
As it seems to be more of an assumption only (some sources credit McLellan, some call it traditional and doubt his composership), I did two things: adding the alternative tune name "Paadeberg" and add some information to the notes on his POSSIBLE  composership.
