I think bar 28 should be Tl 1 1/4 not Tl 1/4 toface out own sides.

I don't see the issue.  5c+1c finish the reels on [28], then turn LH to cast down to the end positions.  Surely they will need to face out on own sides after the turn?  Ignored.  Eric
