'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block' 
The first 8 bars are incorrect I believe.  On bars 7 and 8, 1st couple should cross to original places.  I checked this with the book.

"1s set, cross RH, cast 2 places, lead up the middle and cross to original places"
