'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block' 
Having just "adopted" this publication Im not sure how picky to be in updating all this information, but here goes.

The DB has this as published by John Brenchley who devised all the dances. Actually the book says its published by the "Western Australia Branch of the RSCDS".

Publication year is 2006 according to the copyright notice.

The dances listed in the DB as "Kangaroo Paw" and "Glengarry Homestead" are listed in the book with initial "The", ie "The Kangaroo Paw" and "The Glengarry Homestead".

Apart from that all the basic information looks correct.
