'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block'

The "Extra Info" of the dance "A Tribute to Drew" (dance 18210) says "Suggested music: Scottish Dances Vol.6 Drummond Cook – Track 12".  Drummond Cook (person 1586) is in SCDDB as a tune writer, but there is no reference to any volumes of recordings of tunes composed or edited by him.

I suggest that some editors who have access to those volumes could add them to the database.

The reference is obviously to the <<dda:Highlander Music Scottish Dances Vol 6>> CD, by Drummond Cook and his Scottish Dance Band. For some reason Drummond Cook (the individual) doesn't seem to be linked to Drummond Cook (the band).

- Added “Drummond Cook” as a member of “Drummond Cook and his Scottish Dance Band”.
  (Also while I was at it, added “1932-2023” to the Drummond Cook entry
  given that he's now, sadly, the *late* Drummond Cook.
  Plus a link to his obituary in the *Forres Gazette*.)
- Added <<ddrec:Our Lady of the Snows#4577>> (the recording in question)
  to the dance as a recording.
- Added <<ddt:Marion Barrie>> as “Suggested Music”
  with a note that this is inferred from the CD suggestion.
