'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block'

I do not believe that James Blair Robertson is the composer of this tune. In the Scots Guards Standard Settings of Pipe Music Volume II it is attributed to "I. Duncan". The "I. Duncan" in question is Ian P. Duncan (1934 - 2014) who was a member of the Shotts and Dykehead Caledonia Pipe Band in its heyday and published at least one book of tunes under the title of "The Cullen Bay Collection". 

The middle "P" is a useful way of avoiding confusion with Ian Duncan (1927 - 2011) the accordionist from Keith, composer of the Hayfield Two Step, The Stroopie Brae etc.
