'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block' 
the 4x through recording listed first is not a strathspey, or at lest the linked sound file is not.  There is a 4x version by Bobby Crowe that sounds much like the 8x32 version linked here but I only have the LP not the CD versions, so can't check further
