'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block' 
Hi all:

The Figure of Eight in The Diamond Quarrie (dance) should be double (for both 1s and 2s) rather than for one couple.  That is:

Figure of Eight - double (FIG8;2C;) 
Reel of three - on sides (REEL;R3;SIDES;) 
Set to Corners and Partner (C-SCP) 
Corners Pass and Turn (C-P&T)

This is not a true Double Fig of 8, but 2 bars of "other" plus 3/4 of a double Fig8.

The present list of formations does not have a code for that. I have therefore coded it (best approximation) as 1/2 DblFig8.  Our future formation coding system will need to find ways to handle this sort of special cases.
