'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block' 
Per the CD notes for The Glencraig Scottish Dance Band Are ye dancin'?, dvised in 1851 by new person Frank Short of Birmingham. Given as a two step, not a reel, and the name is spelt "Two Step" and not "Twostep". Instructions are in the CD insert, but not an SCD so crib not needed,
