'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block' 
The correction is:
The New New Brighton Pier 1997

Note...the word 'New' is repeated.

It was devised to celebrate the rebuild of the New Brighton Pier, so therefore it became The NEW New Brighton Pier, by Pam Clyne.
