For information, my copy of The Island Bay Collection, Second Expanded Edition gives the copyright dates as "1984 and 1996" by The Island Bay SCD Club on behalf of Iain Boyd, Jill Burnet, Romaine Butterfield, Rod Downey, Noeline O'Connor and Annette Zuppicich.
