'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block'

I have a copy of this CD in front of me and – notwithstanding the (invisible) “Extra Info” and
<<https://my.strathspey.org/dd/issue/1859/|issue 1859>> it very obviously says
BASINGSTOKE _BALL_ LIVE 1971 and “… captured here live at the Basingstoke _Ball_ in 1971 …_.

Unless anyone can show a cover that says HALL I will be changing this entry to suit.
