Description

'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block'

I have both of Bobby Macleod's recordings for this dance, and both are John McNeil's Reel, and not 
Cadgers in the Canongate. Likely it was listed wrongly on the liner notes.

- recording #2962 (https://my.strathspey.org/dd/recording/2962/) to replace tune 1 by John McNeil's Reel (previously was Cadgers in the Canongate)  
- recording #9630 (https://my.strathspey.org/dd/recording/9630/) to add John McNeil's Reel as tune 1 (previously not listed for the recording).
