'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block' 
Since Mr Levy died Christmas of 1995, I think it is unlikely that he wrote it after that.
I'm asking a friend in teh LA branch for the date of their 20th anniversary.

Subsequent information received (and corrected) from Bruce by email: "A friend in the LA branch tells me they were founded in 1966 so the 20th anniversary dance should be tied to 1986." The dance entry has now been updated.
