I have a 4 page A5 size leaflet “Two Commemorative Dances in aid of St Benedict's Hospice Sunderland in memory of John H. Hutton” (p1).  with 2 dances.  The dances are – p.2 – A Jig for St. Benedict (4c set 4x32 bar jig)  and  – p3 – The Sound Man  (3x32 bar strathspey).  (both with dedications)  and on p.4 music scores The Sound Man by J.W. Pollock.
