'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block' 
The recording "City of Belfast" (7072) has three tunes; the first and the last are both called "City of Belfast", by Marian Anderson, but entered as separate tunes 10650 and 10631 in the database. Is this an erroneous double entry of the same tune?
