'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block' 
I have paper prints from 2010 with the front cover of the publication (and the 2 dances below which are online) which said 2008 as publication date. So I googled the Waverly Scottish Society and found under   https://www.waverleyscottishsociety.com/the-waverley-suite  :  
In 2008, Waverley Scottish Society celebrated our 40th anniversary. To celebrate the occasion, Frances Wallace devised a series of dances which were published by the Society as The Waverley Suite.

I tried the links in SCDDB but they did not function, so here are the ones google provided:
