'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block' 
As the cover says: golden jubilee 1937 - 1987
And the inside title page: .....to commemmorate the golden jubilee of the St Andrews Branch of the R..S..C..D...S... 1937 - 1987 and  more to the bottom Published by St Andrews Branch RSCDS (copyright 1987),  I think it is save to take 1987 as publ.date.
