'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block'

We have copies of the pages with text of tnis book. The frontpage says underneath the title: Twelve dances with  music for the 40th anniversary of the Bath Branch of the royal  s...c...d...s...
P1 = contents ,edited by.  Music arranged by....music for ( = tbe dance) salute to bath has been recorded by ....

The music for the dances is on the pages mentioned in scddb. The descriptions itself are on the oneven pages next to the music  
P26 has notes on the dances and the musicians .  I'll try and scan that page tomorrow.
