Date not specially mentioned but the chairman in her foreword writes that
T he Sutton Colfield s.. c... d...Society was founded in June 1959 .....(...............). 
During the past twenty-one years it has grown and (.........)
To mark our coming of age we have produced this book of dances devised by Barry Priddey, who has been a member of the Society for the past six years and, since January 1980, our class teacher. 
(........)

So i conclude that the date must be 1980

In our cpoy there are 10 dances. The nrs 11 and 12 are not included

CORRECTION I MEAN THE DANCES THE BALDOOSER AND THE LASSIE WI THE LINT WHIE LOCKS

Dear Wanda,

The two dances mentioned by name here are dances 11 and 12.
However, the SCDDB seems to list the page numbers here. 
However, they do not co-inside with any page numbers in my copy, which are:

Is that congruent with your copy?

I think I might change the numbering to dance number as this is stated in the TOC.
Roses Of Carterhaugh and The Gay Goshawk might have been swapped some time in the past to to bring the two pages of the former on opposite pages.

Heiko, On 23-6 I send the following message to your private mail address - as I did not know yet this way of replying. The keep this issue complete I now cut and paste. with some corrections 

Hello Heiko,
My copy is a photocopy (original colour not know) A5 size with on the cover the Sutton Coldfield badge and blanc backside and inside pages.

Then there are 16 A5 pages  p1 -unnumbered with the title and devisors name.
p2 with foreword
p3 with contents  10 dances numbered, with also x bar reel/jig/str, x couple dance  and page number of the dance
p4 is blanc                (with in bottom right hand corner  in writing  Happy dancing!   Barry Priddey. )

Sutton Coldfield S...C...D... Society  depends entirely on reords and tapes for music. The recordings used for this dances in this book have been as follows:

(per dance number plus name are mentioned (imo) a dance name plus the recording band. Not all are mentioned in scdd, therefore I simply type out all)

in the diagram of Something to Celebrate (J32)  AND on the contents page (32 bar Jig  4 couple dance) the J resp. jig is by hand changed into R resp. Reel.

I also saw that as extra info with whippety stoorie was added the rhyme above the description.

Kinnesb...  also has some text: The Kinness will be familiar th those who have attended the R>S>C.D.S. Summer School as the burn which flows though St. Andrews.

Corrievr. has: Corrievrechan. Gaelic for Brecan's Cauldron, is a whirlpool off the coast of Argyllshire, between the islands of Scarba and Jura. It is caused by the meeting of tides about a rock some 15 feet below the surface.

The Blue Falcon:  The Scottish folk tale, "The Adventure of Iain Direach" tells how Iain, aided by his friend, An Gille Mairtean, the fox, went in search of the blue falcon and performed well-nigh impossible tak in order to obtain it.

The Gaberlunzie:  "Wi' kauk and keel, I'll win your bread,

                                And spindles and whorls for them wha need,

                                Whilk is a gentil trade indeed

                                    The Gaberlunzie is carry - o."
