'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block'

Heya all,  we are progressing nicely with the republishing and I will start to coordinate the name entries for the next few books, starting with book 10. Could you please amend the names as follows - actual DB name first, new name followed with the "--" separator intro.

Dance Number 14 Legett's Reel -- Leggett's Reel

Thanks Victor. I have changed all the names.

However your request for dance 22 (Parks Of Kilbirnie) seemed to be actually no change. I guessed you might have meant "Of" -> "of" so I did that, but can easily change it back if that was the wrong guess.

Since you did not explicitly ask I kept capital T "The" in Cock O' The North.

Given the confusion between Saint/St/St. I kept the "Saint" version as an alias. Though I think Anselm plans to improve the handling of those.
