This dance was taken from an old Jacobite dance of 1745 which was danced by followers of Prince Charles Stuart. The dance was arranged from a dance collected by Mrs MacNab’s brother in North Carolina, USA.

The dance is mentioned in several publications but I do not see one called "Three Traditional Scottish Dances" in the database. Does this need to be added? If so do you more details?  Eg the other dances in the book?
