'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block' 
Please add an entirely new dance which has been published in The Reel 310 on page 14 called The New Cumberland Reel
This dance recognises that there are variations sometimes adopted to the Cumberland Reel and mentioned in Extra Info for the Cumberland Reel but provides a full description to teach from along with a KR diagram. It should not be assigned to any particular deviser but could be said to be collected by me (optional)
You may wish to amend or link the Cumberland Reel Extra Info to The New Cumberland Reel
