'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block'

There are a couple of matters if you could please include:
1 Under Person Ann Dix Dances list A London Celebration is listed as unpublished - this is not correct as the full description and the original place published is on page 5 of The Reel 280. Reel 280 should also appear on the Overview page as whenever a dance is published in The Reel it is always shown on the Overview page.
2 In The Reel 313 on page 12 a previously unpublished John Mitchell Dance was published called Ring of Celebration which he too devised to commemorate The London Olympics 2012. Please add this as a new description entry with the KR diagram and its provenance ie Reel 313.
