'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block' 
The tune "Yamoto Hornpipe" is described as traditional.

However, according to the index of "Hornpipes, Jigs, Strathspeys and Reels Composed by Fred Moyes" it is one of Fred's compositions.
