'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block'

Several times, I've found myself listening to a tune identified as "Reel De Montréal" in a non-SCD traditional-music album, realized that I knew the tune from a Scottish Country Dance context, and come here looking for it, only to come up empty. This time I followed up on The Session <https://thesession.org/tunes/1346> (whose alternate titles only pointed me to https://my.strathspey.org/dd/tune/11081/, which might also be the same tune) and the Traditional Tune Archive <https://tunearch.org/wiki/Reel_de_Montr%C3%A9al_(1)>, which pointed me to "Navvie on the Line", and the tune in recording snippets here matches the tune that sparked this excursion fairly closely.
