I believe the listed steps for this dance are complete and correct, so the warning note can be deleted. Source: Books 13-18 Combined.

Please add "Cast behind own lines and lead up the middle" as the first formation of the dance (bars 1-6). With this change the formations will be complete, correct, and in the same order as in the dance, so the two warning notes can go.
