Description
'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block' 
Incorrect Minicrib for The Pika. Corners do not cast to 2nd place to enter the half mixed chains. The corners dance to 2nd place in a motion similar to a ladies' chain or to a men's chain and dance another half circle path before crossing/turning to opposite corner. Casting works, but it is not as written.
