This appears to be a mis-spelt duplicate of #2746 The Parks of Kilbirnie.

Okay, tricky. There is no city named "Kilburnie", only "Kilbirnie", BUT there is a tune sheet for "The Parks of Kilburnie"!

So most likely, the original tune has variants with a spelling error in it (IF it is the same tune). 
I kept both entries, as most likely the recordings show different spelling versions of this tune. I will add a remark to the extra note for both dances about us guessing it is a duplicate.
