'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block'

Hello!
I hope I'm wrong, but I suspect there is a typo in bars 13-16 on the diagram. 

9-12 2C crosses RSh and casts below 3s
13-16 2C is again above 3s and crosses down below 3s

I've asked Peter Price who's listed as the adopter of the publication about these bars, and he sent me this:

This looks logical but doesn't agree with the diagram.
