'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block'
I have written a crib for the above dance because I included it in a program recently - for incorporation

Fiddlin’ Round (J8x32)  3C (4C set)	Bob McMurtry Devil’s Quandary
 1- 8	1s cross RH, cast one place and dance 1/2 fig of 8 around 2s to face 1st crnrs.
 9-16	1s turn 1st crners RH, pass RS, turn 2nd crnrs RH and pass RS to own side.
17-24	1s dance figure of 8 on side passing RS to partner’s 1st crner to begin.
25-32	6 hands round and back.

Thanks for this. I added it as a contributed crib - though you can do this yourself using the Add Crib button on the page for the dance. I wrote a few instructions about using the ACE format to write cribs at http://my.strathspey.org/u/murrough/docs/ContributedCribs/

I then compared your crib to the Danciemation video (I should have done this first) and noticed two things:  
(a) you  say this dance is a jig whereas the database and Danciemation think its a reel  
(b) in bars 17-24 you say 1st couple do "figure of 8" on the sides, whereas the video has all three couples doing a reel.

Can you please check which corresponds to the original instructions and let us know. Thanks.

*The answer to a) is the author says "32 bar reel/jig for 3 couples - 1998" and b) the body of the dance specifies a figure of 8 with a note below that "for more advanced dancers , a reel of three on the sides may be substituted in bars 16-24".*

Dance notes and contributed crib have been updated accordingly.
