'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block' 
Unable to contact Keith directly (Page not available). Think diagram is incorrect in that 1s and 3s, following Advance and Retire, dance 1/2 R&L which puts them on the opposite side of the set. 2s and 4s then repeat so Bar 19 is incorrect in that 4Ls should be back to original places. All further wheels are therefore incorrect and dance finishes with all 4 couples one place on clockwise.
