'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block'

I think there is a problem in the scripts... Bar 9-
E-crib: 1c+2c+3c Reels3 on sides (touch hands when possible)...
Minicrib: Reels of 3 on sides giving hands where possible...
Original from book 23: 1st, 2nd and 3rd couple dance reels of three on the sides...
There is no hands in the original text. 
There is no hands in the RSCDS video ;-)
But there are hands in the other video ;-(
