'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block' 
Perhaps the stepping up of the 2nd couple can be checked with the original. Looks as if they step up on 19-20 and not on 21-22.

The original instructions (Strathstay Album, page 21) has "Second couple move up on bars 19-20.".  

The e-crib agrees with this (step up before the ";" which marks the end of bar 20).  Minicrib and Keith's diagrams do not mention stepping up or down.  The demo video also has the stepping up on 19-20.
