Peter B J Campbell deviser of two dances in a Belfast Book has been conflated with Dr. Peter Campbell of Greensboro NC  USA
who, wrote a tune for the Georgian Strathspey, and while he didn't write Georgia on my Mind he did arrange that and several other tunes for the jig Atlanta Fair. published in the book Atlanta Fare which I was the editor of back in 1991
