Notes that could be added to Monterey Mixer by Elinor M. Vandegrift http://my.strathspey.org/dd/dance/8573/: 

Devised by and for Elinor to teach at the Sunday morning general class at the 1987 Asilomar Weekend. Elinor wanted a dance to go with the tune "Oh I do like to be beside the seaside…” She worked it out at home singing the song which is a famous holiday song in the UK.
