Description

'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block'

In the original description which is still online, the tune given is Wing Commander Donald Mackenzie’s
(Phil Cunningham).  In other dances with this issue (e.g. Timber Ridge) the db gives both options.  Seems more respectful of the devisor's wishes... 

let me know if these nit-pickings get, or are, annoying
