'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block' 
Wot, no date for RSCDS Book 15!
I have a copy of this book, with "Copyright 1949 in USA" on the front cover.  The cover is of the same design as Book 16 in your database.  The book cost 3/6 and has "1951 Edition" on the front cover.  It has a correction stuck slip stuck on saying "Note New Address  The Royal Scottish Country Dance Society  12 Coates Crescent, Edinburgh, 3."  So SCDS had become RSCDS and had moved to Coates Crescent between 1949 and 1951.

Appendix I of the *Manual of Scottish Country Dancing* gives “1949/50” as the original publication date for Book 15. I've set the publication year to “1949”.
