'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block' 
When looking around on SCDDB, I came across the tunes
http://my.strathspey.org/dd/tune/10987/ and
http://my.strathspey.org/dd/tune/691/

I have the impression that these are duplicates that need to be merged.

Absolutely right, just a comma more. The comma version seems to be about the correct spelling. I changed 6 recordings and their tunes accordingly and deleted 10987 in favour of 691. Issue closed.
