'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block' 
There's a set of instructions at https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6ezj9waJDcVMkc3aDdXTTc1amM/view. It looks like a scan of an original but I don't know who put it there. I found it by following a Tweet from @scdanceoftheday
