'StateBlock' object has no attribute 'is_code_block'

The RSCDS book credits this tune to “Chalmers” (no first name given), and both RSCDS recordings have either that or “Traditional”. *Syd* Chalmers was a fiddler who played with Jimmy Shand, and it is very unlikely that he wrote the tune. Does anyone have more information? If not, I'll replace the “Syd Chalmers” attribution by “Chalmers” and add a note to the tune entry.
