The copy I have has "Two Score More,"  not "Two Score & More" on cover and title page.

Fixed. The title of this book presumably means “two times twenty and more” (qv. Psalms 90:10), which makes sense as the book contains 41 tunes – if it referred to musical scores it would have had to be “Two ScoreS & more” …
