Formation Grand Chain - progressive (with turns) 336

This formation was originally called Horseshoe Chain which occurs in the dances <<ddd:Shin Kai Tei>> and <<ddd:Two Furlongs#9533>>.

However in response to <<http://my.strathspey.org/dd/issue/1584/|issue 1584>> it was realised the same figure occurs in several other dances with a variety of names, the most common being progressive grand chain. So the name has now been changed to "Grand Chain - progressive (with turns)" and has been added as a formation used in those dances.
