In the original text, this was a 3-couple dance, with 1c dancing the ½ Fig8 down on [29-32], and 3c only being »posts«. The conversion to a 2c dance was approved by Barry in his »Strathspey« message <<sspey:23362>>. In the 3C variant, 1st couple, at the end, dances the 1/2 Figure of 8 round 3rd couple instead of the 2nd.
