Inscribed to Mrs. Sheila Jupp, who spent several years living on the Island. It was from Benbecula that Bonnie Prince Charlie and Flora MacDonald sailed in 1746.
For a while MiniCrib had a duplicate crib for this dance under the name “Return to Benbecula”. It is not known how or why this was added (around 2001). As of 2022 it is now removed from MiniCrib and SCDDB but is added as a name alias along with this note in case anyone ever tries to search for it.
