Inscribed to Holly Fuchs. One of the joys of the San Francisco Branch's Asilomar weekend is being able to go bird watching at dawn along the beach. Holly's comment, when I returned from one early-morning bird walk and reported that I had seen my first Elegant Tern, was "An Elegant Tern? That would make a great name for a dance." The strathspey two-hand turn is the most elegant turn I know.
