Devised for Rochelle Altholz of Richmond, Virginia on July 31, 20l0for her monumental birthday, the tour of Scotland and its celebration at the RSCDS 2010 Summer School in St. Andrews. Rochelle loved dancing so much that she brought her daughter, Zoe, to class a few months after starting and they have never looked back.
