Devised in March 2003 to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Strathspey Server. The name of the dance recalls a vital part of the computer, used by all „strathspeyers‟. The name also alludes to the spirited character of the dance and the music: a great driving reel (The Fairy Dance).
