The ›Gold‹ is the golden anniversary of the Teachers’ Association (Canada) and the ›Silver‹ refers to the 25 years since I received my preliminary certificate and first joined the TAC. I am proud that my dance was included in this tribute to the great organization of teachers which has done so much to spread the joy of Scottish Country Dancing.”
