Devised by Terry Lynne Harris, Pretoria, South Africa; August 2002 The idea for this dance was born when I encountered a description of the Roulette formation for the first time. It conjured up visions of roulette tables and casinos, where fortunes are won or lost through the spinning of a wheel.
